2. General information on data processing

This website is deliberately built to minimise data collection. Without your consent, it sets no cookies and integrates no analytics or tracking services. With your consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics for anonymised traffic analysis, see section 5. The typeface used (Inter) is self-hosted using Next.js's built-in font optimisation („next/font“) and does not load any data from Google servers; no connection to Google takes place as a result of using the typeface.

3. Collection of server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser and operating system used, and the website you came from (referrer). This data is used solely for the technical delivery of the website, ensuring smooth operation, and IT security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). This data is not combined with other data sources.

4. Contacting us

The contact form on this website does not transmit your entries to a server. When you submit it, your own email program opens instead, with a pre-filled draft addressed to mail@phandet.de. Any subsequent processing of your data (name, company if provided, message) takes place solely within the email you send yourself and is governed by the terms of your own email provider. The same applies if you contact us directly by phone or email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your enquiry) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). To protect against automated spam submissions, the form also contains an additional field that is invisible to humans and a short timing check. Both serve exclusively to detect automated bot access; no profiling takes place, and the values are never stored or transmitted anywhere.

5. Cookies, local storage, and Google Analytics

On your first visit, we show you a settings banner through which you can optionally consent to anonymous usage statistics. Your choice is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage), is not transmitted to us or to third parties, and serves to avoid asking you again on every visit (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a user-friendly default setting). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the „Cookie settings“ link in the footer.

Only if you consent to the „Statistics“ category do we load Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing may also be carried out by Google LLC, USA). Without this consent, no Google script is loaded and no corresponding cookie is set. Google Analytics collects pseudonymous data about the use of this website (e.g. pages visited, time spent, approximate region, device and browser used) to give us an anonymised analysis of how the site is used. According to Google, your IP address is not logged or stored in full in the process. The legal basis is exclusively your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is intended to ensure an adequate level of data protection for any transfer of data to the US. You can find further information in Google's privacy policy. You can also opt out of collection by Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the „https://“ prefix and the lock icon in your browser's address bar.

7. Your rights as a data subject

You have the following rights against the controller:

8. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy will be updated whenever the functionality of this website changes, for example when new services or forms with server connectivity are introduced.
