CARE. Continuous. Accountable. Reliable. Efficient.
Most IT providers get in touch when something's broken. Many companies pay a flat monthly fee and still never quite see what for, with unclear responsibilities split across several providers and their own team. We didn't want that. After years in 1st- and 2nd-level support, in international rollout projects, and looking after thousands of endpoints, we asked ourselves a simple question: what would IT support have to deliver for a company to eventually forget about it, because everything just works? CARE is our answer: four principles that define how we treat every contract, every ticket and every client, regardless of company size.
Continuous
For us, security isn't a project with an end date, but a state we re-establish every single day. Patches run automatically, systems are monitored around the clock. Your infrastructure keeps running, even when nobody in your building happens to be watching.
Accountable
No call centre, no ticket passed around three times until nobody remembers who's actually responsible. With CARE, a dedicated contact takes ownership of your case, from the first report through to resolution.
Reliable
Response times aren't a vague promise with us, they're tiered by urgency and fixed in the contract. You know where you stand in advance, not only once things are on fire.
Efficient
Automation wherever it saves time, hands-on expertise wherever experience counts. We rely on end-to-end monitoring and patch-management tooling, so your IT costs stay predictable and your team can focus on the core business.
- Cancel with 3 months' notice to the end of the month, no hidden minimum term
- Full handover of all documentation and access in case of a provider switch
- One dedicated point of contact instead of rotating support staff
- Monthly patch compliance report, transparent instead of a black box
- Switch packages any time your infrastructure or needs grow
- No flat-rate pricing without knowing your infrastructure first, so the quote actually fits
Not every company needs the same level of support.
A two-person office without its own server has different needs than a systems house with 500 workstations and its own server farm. That's why we tier CARE into three levels: from pure remote support to a dedicated technician team. We work out which package fits you in an initial conversation; pricing depends on device count and infrastructure, and we'll give you transparent figures there.

Still not sure which package fits? Let's talk about your infrastructure.
CARE in detail.
What's the practical difference between the three packages?+
CARE Basic covers pure remote support for workstations, CARE Business adds your own server infrastructure including on-site support, CARE Enterprise brings a dedicated technician team for 300 to 1,000+ users.
Is a minimum contract required?+
The minimum term follows from the respective Individual Agreement; after that, termination is possible with 3 months' notice to the end of a month.
What happens to our legacy contracts if we switch providers?+
After the contract starts, we take over all relevant documentation and access credentials and ensure an orderly transition.
How quickly do we know what CARE would cost us?+
In the initial conversation, based on device count and infrastructure - we deliberately don't quote flat prices, as they wouldn't be credible without that information.
Can we switch packages during the term?+
Yes, if your infrastructure or needs grow, we adjust the package together in conversation.
Which CARE package fits you?
Tell us briefly about your infrastructure, we'll tell you what you need and what it costs.
